Ours selling conditions

Our prices are established on one hand, on the price of rent of the domain,
and on the other hand, on the fixed price a person.
Any important modification of the number of persons (more or less 10),
will authorize us either to revise the service, or to subject you a new proposition of rate.
A 20 % advance is asked to confirm the delivery, then the second 30 % advance six months before the service.
The balance must be settled to us at the latest 8 days before the service
The additional services, used during the reception, are payable in reception of invoice the next day.

In case of force majeure, and for reasons independent from our will,
we reserve the right to cancel the service, by restoring the paid advances.
Any degradation on the material, the furniture or the real-estate, will be charged to the customer,
that it is voluntary or involuntary, who will make sure personally if need be,
so that the responsibility of International SYC is engaged on no account.

Clauses of cancellation

In case of cancellation of your part, more than three months before date foreseen by the service, the due damages are fixed to 50 % of the average budget (except force majeure).
In case of cancellation in three months which precede the date of the service, the damages are fixed to 80 % (except force majeure).
In case of cancellation the same day or less than 8 days before the service the totality of the service is due or 100 %.
